Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Wanneroo District Cricket Club will be held on Wednesday, May 29th, at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place at the Kingsway WDCC Club Rooms.
Agenda:
- Welcome, apologies, and introductions (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, any special guest speakers).
- Guidelines for the WDCC AGM (Voting, nominations, and Motions).
- Confirmation of the meeting opened at x.xx pm; quorum required is twelve.
- Guest Speaker (if any).
- Acceptance and seconding of minutes of the previous annual general meeting.
- Business arising from the previous annual general meeting.
- Treasurer’s report.
- Opened to the floor for any questions; acceptance and seconding.
- President/Chairperson’s report.
- Opened to the floor for any questions; acceptance and seconding.
- Proposed Changes to the Constitution; acceptance and seconding.
- Vacation of the Executive Committee.
- Nominations for WDCC Office Bearers:
- Chairperson (2-year tenure).
- Deputy Chairperson (1-year tenure).
- Secretary (2-year tenure).
- Treasurer (1-year tenure).
- General Committee members.
- General Business.
- Meeting close.

Members who wish to propose any additional agenda items are kindly requested to submit them in writing to the Secretary no later than Wednesday, May 15th (darrell.kelsey@icloud.com).
