Training Update

Commencing on Tuesday 6th Sept a skills session will be added to the fitness program that is already underway.

Other than Thursday 8th Sept we will train every Tuesday and Thursday until the season starts.  Thursday 8th is the Eagles game so we will train on Sunday 11th in the morning instead.

You have been selected in one of two groups and there will be no changing between groups. You are expected to do both Fitness and Skills so don’t just turn up for the skills session or you may be surprised. 

The groups will be headed up by Chris Quelch and Robbie Richards, please see below for your group.  If you are not listed in a group, please contact p.clough@bigpond.net.au
